這天剛好天氣蠻冷的，適合躲進信義微風吃吃火鍋。寬巷子就在信義微風四樓，門口佈置成很精緻華麗的中國風，用餐氣氛走高檔路線，每道菜都經過精心設計擺盤模樣，主要是以花的樣子來呈現擺盤，不時有人會來替你服務，不過價位不低，如果要吃得開心一點，一個人至少NTD2000起跳。
It’s quite cold today, so it’s good to hide into Breeze building to have some hotpot. Quan is just at the fourth floor in Xin Yi Breeze. It is decorated with luxuriant Chinese style and the atmosphere is kinda high class. How the food put on each plate is being designed carefully. Many major dishes are showed as flowers. The service is good, as the waiters will come often to serve you when needed. But if you want to enjoy more, each person might spend at least NTD 2000 since the price for each plate isn’t low.

他們的湯底有三種可以選擇，紅泥小染、白鳳千叟鍋、台式風味，我們選了紅泥小染＋白鳳千搜鍋，台式風味就是味道淡一點的紅泥小染，我覺得紅泥小染不是辣到很辣的那種，一般怕辣的應該都敢吃，味道很香，我還蠻喜歡這裡的紅鍋。
You can choose from 3 kinds of soup, Sichuan style, white soup, Taiwanese style. We chose Sichuan style with white soup. Taiwanese one is lighter flavor of Sichuan one. I think it’s not that spicy of the Sichuan soup. People who don’t eat spicy can accept it. The flavor is very good, i like a lot.
這是來這應該必點的玫瑰松板豬 NTD 1,280，精心做得像藝術品一樣，每一朵花大約都有七八片松板豬。
As you can see, it looks like a flower. This is the Matsusaka pig slice plate, NTD 1,280. Each flower has around 7-8 slices.
旁邊有蛋汁整個淋上去之後直接把整朵花丟下去，趁還沒沉進海底前趕快抓拍。
Put the egg on the slices and just throw the whole flower into the soup. Take pictures quickly before it sinks!
肉吃起來鮮甜脆脆的。
It tastes fresh and crispy.
♥美國特級牛小排，NTD980，我個人覺得牛比松板豬好吃
♥Beef Ribs, NTD 980. I personally thinks it’s better than the pig.
♥墨條牛軋糖，NTD390，墨魚味很濃，可以吃到一顆一顆的花枝粒，還蠻推薦的。
♥Cuttlefish Nougat, NTD 390. It’s not really sweets, but it looks like nougats. Tastes good, recommended.
♥菠菠糖，NTD 380，外皮是菠菜裡面包了花生粉，覺得蠻好吃的
♥Wrapped with boiled spinach outside and sesame inside, NTD 380. Tastes good, recommended

♥千層蝦夷，NTD490，蝦味蠻重的，不過吃起來覺得還好
♥Handcrafted Shrimp, NTD 490. Can taste shrimp easily, but i think it’s so so.
♥拼圖，NTD480，這個是吃起來有點像蘿蔔糕＋碗糕的東西，其實點的時候有點被它的設計影響，看到它做成這樣就很想點，不過真的做得蠻漂亮的，吃到這邊我們根本吃不下來，只丟了一塊下去煮，我覺得其實還好。
♥Jigsaw puzzle (steamed rice cake), NTD 480. It tastes like Taiwanese fried white radish cake. I was influenced a little by how it looks when we ordered. It’s really beautiful though. We couldn’t eat more until this dish that we only cooked one piece of it. I think it’s so so actually.
最後送兩杯解膩的醋。這是一家講究氣氛、視覺享受的火鍋店，食物也還不錯，服務生字正腔圓好像上過正音班，多一點人可以吃到更多樣的菜，不然就要多帶一點摳摳來>< 我們點這樣花了NTD5000多塊
They gave us two glasses of vinegar to clean greasy. This is a restaurant which emphasizes a lot on atmosphere and visual experiences. The food is good and service is good. Can try more dishes with more people, otherwise we should take more money here >< It cost us more than NTD 5000 this time.
