That day was cold and wanted to have something hot to eat. Usually we go to hotpots but wanted to change. So we decided to try a mutton hotpot. We searched on the net and found this one has been recommended a lot. We then rode the scooter right away to try. There is some parking space outside the restaurant. There are not many seats inside but it also provides some seats outside. Maybe people like to gather together and have food under the lanterns. It is such a right choice to come! It could be the most enjoyable mutton hotpot that I’ve ever tried! The soup is really palatable and the lamb isn’t gamy. The lamb is tasty and chewy but won’t be hard. It’s really worth every penny! You will love it especially for people who like soup. They don’t add too much oil into the soup but cook it well and it is truly delectable.
They use many vegetables to make the soup, including white gourd, bamboo, asparagus, heart of cabbage plants…etc. We chose the heart of cabbage plants hotpot.
We didn’t order other dishes but vermicelli. It is also good!
